Sweets

・Crostata
A thin pie with a crumbly texture, baked with handmade jam made from seasonal ingredients sandwiched between two layers of pastry dough.

・Terrine Chocolat
Using French chocolate, the texture is glossy and soft. It has a good balance of richness and lightness.
We recommend it with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

・Granola Bar
A granola bar filled with organic oatmeal, homemade almond butter, coconut, and other ingredients.
It is naturally sweetened with dried fruits and maple syrup.

・Rice Flour Muffin
Simple muffins made from rice "Sasasigure," rice grown by my father without using fertilizers or pesticides, and baked with seasonal ingredients.

・Espresso Cheesecake
Richly baked using cream cheese. This cake has a rich espresso aroma.

・Raw Milk Yogurt
Yogurt made only with raw milk and lactic acid bacteria, topped with organic almonds, hemp seeds and cinnamon.
Please order this as a set with sweets and drinks.

aiaoi original blend made by THE FIVE BEANS COFFEE in Hayama.

・Organic Earl Grey Tea（Hot／Iced）
Serving fair trade tea leaves grown in South India. Only natural bergamot essential oil is used.

・Masala Chai（Hot／Iced）
Mainly with the king of scent "Cardamom," we blend several spices.
Tender sweetness of beet sugar.

・Japanese Harbal Remedy Tea（Hot）
This herbal remedy tea is originally blended especially for aiaoi by Sugimoto Pharmacy in Kamakura.
The base is rooibos, topped with five kinds of herbal medicines that warm your body and replenish the qi.

・Mikan Mandarin Juice
Additive-free juice made from oranges grown with organic fertilizers.

-Please refrain from entering the guest room area except the overnight guests.
-Children are only allowed in the Cafe Lounge if their parents or guardians determine that they are able to remain seated without running around or making loud noises.
